Mobile Applications
Today, there is support for functional areas such as staffing, attendance/absence booking, approval, project reporting, absence notification and employee information. All functions are gathered under a common application menu and the user can directly see the result in different functions/applications when booking/changing.
Regardless of which application is used, all communication takes place in real time to Time Key's central database. Checks against authorization, working schedules, time code packages, etc. takes place continuously in the use of all functions.
The new generation is based on HTML5, which makes the applications platform-independent and can be used on Android phones and / or Iphones. The applications are designed to adapt to the screen size of different devices and can with advantage also be used on portable touch screen tablets of different formats.
Time and Attendance
Attendance booking in Time Key's mobile application supports all booking types.
It can be used for real-time booking. The application automatically suggests the current time. If you want to use the so-called post-booking the application allows the user to specify a different time.
For employees who have the automatic booking function (deviation booking), the user only books absences, either part of the day or the whole day. Otherwise, the attendance bookings take place automatically according to the users schedule.
The application presents booking history and allows adjustment of previously made bookings. The user has the opportunity to see current balances for the day, period and year as well as their personal schedule a couple of weeks into the future.
Project Management
The project application shows all open projects that the user is authorized to work with. In addition to that the user can configure which projects that should be presented in the mobile application and in which order they should be presented.
The project application presents the time and attendance hours that the person has each day and how these hours have been allocated on different projects. The application also shows remaining hours to allocate or if there has been to many hours allocated on projects in regard to the attendance time.
Staffing/Scheduling
The staffing application displays graphically current month in a calendar. On each day of the month the application indicates if there are any resource shortages in regard to organizational requirements or need for extra resources.
The application only presents lack of resources and need for extra personnel that the user is authorized to replace. In addition to that the user can only see lack of resources and extra need of personnel that doesn´t conflict with the users own scheduled work.
The application allows the user to volunteer for extra work one or several days.
Absence notification
The application that enables employees to report unplanned absence such as illness and care of children and is intended to be used by staff who otherwise should not have access to the mobile applications.
Approval
In his application the approver can easily review, correct and approve his staff's bookings.
Employee info
Users who are not authorized to book in the system's mobile applications have access to employee information. The application presents basic information from the employment register, current balances for day, period and year and the employee's work schedule for the next month.
