Recently a number of units within Södra Skogsägarna expanded their use of Time Key to also include different types of production and project follow-up.
Södra Innovation
Within Södra Skogsägarnas Innovation, many projects are underway both internally and externally. To follow up the time spent on each project, Innovation has implemented the Time Key project module. With the help of the module, project outcomes are obtained which form the basis for analysis internally and reporting to the EU.
Södra Mönsterås Hamn
Södra Skogsägarnas hamn in Mönsterås has implemented Time Key's module for reporting and follow-up production time spent on unloading and loading for the various types of goods and equipment that are handled. The reporting takes place via a touch screen terminals where the employees report ship calls, types of goods and possible use of machinery.
Södra Skogsplantor
Södra's nurseries in Flåboda and Falkenberg have implemented Time Key's module for reporting time spent per area of responsibility, product and activity. By reporting each step in the process, a correct calculation of the cost from seed to plant is obtained. The reporting takes place via a touch screen terminals.
Södra IT
Like Innovation, Södra IT has implemented Time Keys project module. Adaptation has been made, among other things, to follow the project time per professional role within each project.
